THERMAL EXCHANGER INSULATION COVERS
Thermal insulation covers and boxes of iSHELL TM is a modern solution for increasing the reliability, safety and efficiency of plate thermal exchangers.

Technical properties:

• Working temperature: –200°C to + 180°C
• Fire hazard class: KM0 / KM1
• Inside and outside use
• Thermal conductivity starting at 0.034 W/mS
• Thickness of insulation from 30 mm in accordance with calculations in SP 61.13330.2012
Physical properties:

• Resistant to water and oil
• Resistant to mold
• Resistant to acids and alkalis
• Excellent high temperature performance
• Does not support rotting
All boxes are manufactured individually, according to the dimensions of your thermal exchanger.
Options

Fabric
Outer layer:

  • Fiberglass fabric;
  • Textured fiberglass fabric.

Insulation layer:

  • Foamed rubber;
  • Basalt wool.
Insulation thickness 50 or 80 mm
Metal
Outer layer:

  • Textured aluminum Alu up to 180°C
  • Galvanized steel Gl up to 400°C
  • Stainless steel SS up to 600°

Insulation layer:

  • Foamed rubber with aluminum coating;;
  • Stone wool slabs based on basalt rocks group reinforced with aluminum foil on one side.
Insulation thickness 50 or 80 mm
